Q I always like to read your column in the paper and this time I've got this weird thing happening to my computer. I've installed Pinnacle PC TV with a USB stick on a desktop computer. I had it running on my laptop perfectly but on the desktop the picture is upside down. Any suggestions?

Q Our laptop has suddenly developed a problem. It will now show a video only on its own screen. The projected image shows the outline of the Media Player program but the image area is black. I can get around this by using control F4 but that leaves me with a completely blank computer screen, which is rather cumbersome. Any solutions?
