Q And A

Q Our laptop has suddenly developed a problem. It will now show a video only on its own screen. The projected image shows the outline of the Media Player program but the image area is black. I can get around this by using control F4 but that leaves me with a completely blank computer screen, which is rather cumbersome. Any solutions?
